Welcome to Flying Fox! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flying Fox game, bot, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided through Telegram and The Open Network (TON) blockchain.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Telegram account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use our Services.

Your Telegram account serves as your Flying Fox account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others.

Our referral program allows you to earn bonuses by inviting friends:

• Level 1 referrals: 10% of their daily rewards
• Level 2 referrals: 5% of their daily rewards

Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) will result in:

• Removal of referral bonuses
• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of all accumulated rewards

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Flying Fox or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time
• Change game rules, mechanics, or reward structures
• Update token distribution algorithms
• Add or remove features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Fox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flying Fox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of another party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
